The Operations Shift Manager plays a key role in the Coca-Cola Ballina team, leading associates to bring brands to market. This position reports to the Senior Operations Manager and is part of the Wider Management Team. The role involves managing and motivating a multi-skilled operations group, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, and executing operational plans to meet business commitments. The manager will drive operational excellence and a continuous improvement culture, utilizing lean principles.

This position reports to the Senior Operations Manager and will play a key role as a member of the Coca-Cola Ballina Wider Management Team.
