Hinge Health is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Operations Analytics team. In this role, you will partner with clinical leadership to improve decision-making through data insights and reporting. You will build scalable reports, conduct root cause analyses, and advance data maturity within the team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, strong SQL and BI tool skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Operations Analytics at Hinge Health supports all teams under the department’s umbrella. Stakeholders span product managers of our internal electronic medical record system, clinical leadership (physical therapists, health coaches, NPs, MDs), workforce management, support teams, and business operations. As a Data Analyst, you’ll be working directly with our clinical leadership team to improve day-to-day decision-making through actionable reporting and data insights. You will be a highly-visible, trusted partner for our operations leaders working on problems that haven’t been solved before at this scale in the digital health space.
