Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Product Manager to lead the growth and performance of our Compact Construction Industries (BCP), supporting our (CI) and Resource Industries (RI) equipment portfolio.
This role is responsible for developing and executing market-leading go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, optimize profitability, and strengthen customer value. As a key business leader, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Pricing, Marketing, and external partners to ensure the portfolio is commercially successful and operationally effective.
Job Description:
Strategic Planning & Business Leadership
- Develop and execute long-term go-to-market strategies.
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue, market share, and profitability for compact Construction Equipment
- Collaborate across functional teams and OEM partners.
- Use customer feedback, market trends, and analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and enhance a strong relationship with our partner, Caterpillar
Forecasting & Inventory Management
- Own long-term industry forecasts, market share projections, and inventory strategies.
- Ensure equipment availability aligns with customer demand.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and equipment turns.
Product & Program Management
- Manage commercial performance of the equipment portfolio.
- Serve as technical and commercial subject matter expert.
- Lead product lifecycle, competitive analysis, and growth initiatives.
- Support product training and sales enablement programs.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Excellence
- Develop sales tools, training, and customer-facing content.
- Create customized solutions that demonstrate value and lowest total cost of ownership.
- Support strategic customer presentations and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Industry experience with machine sales and or Sales management.
- Experience leading commercial, product, or business-focused teams is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is an asset
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of Meeting/Exceeding Sales Targets

Note: Some travel will be required ( Approx 30%)
