The Senior Director, Operations Transformation will lead the design, setup, and stabilization of a new, next-generation manufacturing operation at Coca-Cola's Tlaxcala, Mexico facility. This role is responsible for embedding advanced manufacturing disciplines, Industry 5.0, digital and AI capabilities, and a high-performance culture into the factory from its inception to steady-state operations. The position ensures the facility launches on time and meets top-quartile performance standards, establishing a scalable model for the broader network. The Director will define the long-term operational vision, drive operational readiness by influencing design and technology, and oversee the end-to-end commissioning and start-up process.
Job Description Summary:
The Senior Director, Operations Transformation is accountable for designing, starting up, stabilizing and institutionalizing a next‑generation manufacturing operation through the greenfield start‑up of Coca‑Cola’s Tlaxcala, Mexico CPS facility.
This role serves as the operations architect for the site embedding CPS discipline, Industry 5.0, digital and AI capabilities, and high‑performance culture into the factory from inception through steady‑state operations. As a core member of the leadership team, the role ensures the facility launches on time, per standards, and at top‑quartile performance, while establishing a scalable model for the broader network.
