The F100 Materials Integration Manager will support MMP/FMP contracts for international customers and transactional orders (placed by the USG, international customers, and 3rd parties). The integration manager will lead a team executing materials integration activities across the F100 fleet including management of production plants, material forecasts, and inventory levels, to ensure fleet sustainment while meeting program inventory levels. The F100 Materials Integration Manager will serve as the materials management homeroom to define standardized materials management practices for the entire F100 fleet.
What Will You Do
- Define material allocation plans across the fleet, and inventory reduction initiatives
- Execute material management activities to support production plants, customer orders, forecasts
- Define materials management standard work to be used across the program
- Measure and report KPI’s (such as inventory), and publish/maintain the Top 100 Critical Parts List
- Lead obsolete material assessments for disposition decision
- Collaborate with logistics and sustainment program managers to support customer fleet requirements
- Support digital initiatives that impact the F100 materials organization
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of business or program management experience or an advanced degree with 7 years of business or program management experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Qualifications We Prefer
- Material and inventory management experience
- SAP experience
- Understanding of defining critical pacing material and capacity constraints
- Qlik, PowerBI, and Business Objects

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
