Mercor is seeking an Executive Operations, Growth to partner directly with the GM of Growth. This role involves driving strategy, OKRs, and execution across product, growth, operations, and hiring. The ideal candidate will solve ambiguous problems, lead cross-functional initiatives, and fill operational gaps within the Growth organization. This is a highly analytical and execution-focused role for a scrappy individual comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

We’re looking for someone to join as Executive Operations, partnering directly with the GM of Growth to drive strategy, OKRs, and execution across product, growth, operations, and hiring. Unlike a Product Manager, who owns a defined roadmap and engineering delivery, this person flexes across whatever the Growth org needs — solving ambiguous problems, driving cross-functional initiatives, and filling gaps wherever they show up.
