The Product Manager will own and drive core product areas at Freed, operating with high autonomy in a small, fast-moving team. This role involves defining what to build, why, and in what order, simplifying complex problems, communicating with clarity, and shipping with urgency. You will work closely with engineering, design, and clinical operations to build products that clinicians depend on every day. This role requires someone already comfortable using AI as a core part of how they work. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, making clear prioritization decisions, driving alignment across teams, translating clinician needs into product solutions, and using AI tools to accelerate workflows.
