The Control Room Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating manual, automatic, and material handling equipment to meet Puratos and customer quality standards. This role involves monitoring and adjusting production orders in MES and Simatic batch, managing recipes, and communicating with maintenance for equipment upkeep and improvements. The operator will also support and direct other operators, analyze OEE data, perform line cleans, and train new technicians. A minimum of 2 years of operations experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and PCS experience are required. The position involves 3rd shift work (10:30 PM - 7 AM) and potential overtime/weekends.
The Control Room Operator observes all Puratos Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and SQF standards. This role operates all manual, automatic and or material handling equipment, safely and efficiently, while maintaining high quality standards that meet or exceed Puratos and customer requirements.
