Description

We're seeking a strategic Key Account Management Executive to drive growth through innovative product positioning and operational excellence. This role is responsible for developing creative marketing strategies, optimizing store design and listings, executing campaigns, and using data analysis to maximize ad performance and overall store efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Develop creative strategies for product positioning and marketing direction.
  • Analyze product pain points, selling points, and target audience to create compelling campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with managers and teams to execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Manage and optimize store design and product listings.
  • Register for store promotions and campaigns.
  • Analyze ad performance data and optimize product visuals and copywriting.
  • Respond to user inquiries and handle store-related tasks.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations (domestic or cross-border).
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or health supplements categories.
  • At least 6 months of TikTok/ Shopee operations experience.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Mandarin proficiency with the ability to communicate in business contexts is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with all stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop creative marketing ideas that drive sales growth.
  • Strong interest in cross-border e-commerce.
  • Result-driven mindset, with a focus on performance and optimization.
  • Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
