This role involves supervising Inventory Associates, ensuring accurate inventory levels through software like Dutchie and Lucid ID, managing incoming and outgoing stock, and assisting with audits and record-keeping. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of inventory experience and a strong understanding of inventory management procedures. This position is based in Glendale, AZ, offering $18.00/hour plus tips, with required open availability.

Overview:
The Inventory Lead supports the Inventory Manager in the daily operations of inventory control, focusing on executing inventory-related tasks, supervising Inventory Associates, and maintaining a highly organized back-of-house and front-of-house supply of inventory. The Lead ensures procedures are followed and that the product is stored and handled correctly, maintaining quality and compliance. The Lead also plays a crucial role in the oversight of inventory turnover and assists retail management in optimizing inventory processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
