By being part of this team, you will work in a hybrid set-up, from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18.00, at our office in Iasi.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Support Supplier Risk Management activities while ensuring compliance with client requirements, internal policies, and established procedures.
• Review supplier documentation, validate the completeness of information, and create client outcome reports using financial data from multiple sources.
• Manage requests and resolve routine inquiries through email, chat, and ticketing systems while meeting quality standards and SLAs.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, Strategic Buyers, and external suppliers on Supplier Risk Management activities.
• Perform operational and administrative activities using tools such as JAGGAER, CRIBIS, Microsoft Office, and other procurement platforms.
• Contribute to process efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities, escalating risks when appropriate, and supporting colleagues across the team.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Very good knowledge of Italian and English, B2 (verbal and written communication skills);
• Good communication abilities with suppliers, customer service oriented, analytical and negotiation skills;
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and SLAs, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity when handling confidential information, combined with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using procurement or supplier management tools considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree may be needed.
