This is an exciting opportunity for a computer science student or equivalent, with a passion for software quality assurance, to contribute to the enhancement of our automation framework and elevate our in-house product testing processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with the QA team to develop and enhance the automation framework for UFM (Unified Fabric Manager), our advanced network telemetry and monitoring system.
- Reduce manual testing for our in-house UFM product, transforming the process from STD documents review to automated feature execution.
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts to ensure the monitoring system operates reliably at scale.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to accelerate test script development, improve code quality, and optimize automation workflows.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Participate in the identification, documentation, and resolution of bugs or issues within the monitoring ecosystem.
What we need to see:
- Computer Science Student or equivalent degree
- Strong experience and understanding of Python (object-oriented) is a MUST.
- Proficiency in Linux-based environments with a significant amount of prior work experience.
- Good network understanding and practical experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
