OPSWAT is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for customers integrating and using the OPSWAT SDK. Responsibilities include investigating complex issues, acting as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams, and contributing to documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, minimum 2 years of technical support experience, and knowledge of cybersecurity principles, scripting languages (Python, C++, PowerShell, Batch), and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
