The Referent Nachwuchsentwicklung (m/f/d) will be responsible for the professional and pedagogical support of technical dual students, including performance evaluation, feedback on learning progress, and organizing practical phases. The role involves developing and implementing practical learning units for technical fundamentals, actively participating in recruitment, strengthening recruiting channels, and representing the company at career fairs. Collaboration with partner universities, driving new technical and pedagogical approaches (especially in AI), and taking on interdisciplinary special tasks within the HR department are also key responsibilities. The position is governed by the collective agreement for utility companies (E11) and includes 13 monthly salaries, a performance-based bonus, and attractive benefits.
