Serko is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within its partner program in the US. This role will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing new partners in specific verticals such as claims adjustment and workforce management. The Business Development Manager will own the full sales cycle, build business cases for Serko's travel solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to decision-makers. The position requires a strong track record in partnership sales, comfort with data and ambiguity, consultative selling skills, and a collaborative mindset. The role reports to the VP Revenue.

We are targeting captive-audience verticals where an intermediary books significant travel volume on behalf of others. Think claims adjusters coordinating hotel stays for displaced policyholders, or staffing agencies managing lodging for a mobile workforce. It's high-volume, long-duration, high-frequency stays.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to own this motion end-to-end: find the right partners, prove the value and close. This role reports to VP Revenue, and works closely with Product Management, Customer Success and FP&A to keep the focus on customer conversion and deal advancement.
