Tetra Pak is seeking a Future Talent - CSO Trainee to become a Maintenance Engineer. This role involves learning and performing basic maintenance activities to ensure customer equipment runs smoothly. You will participate in preventive maintenance, order spare parts, monitor equipment, support production operators, and assist with installations while adhering to safety regulations. Develop competences/skills to become Maintenance Engineer by conducting basic maintenance activities to ensure the smooth running of customer equipment.
• Learn and participate in the execution of preventive maintenance activities, including on‑the‑job training when required
• Request spare parts and place orders in accordance with maintenance processes and technical recommendations
• Develop skills to monitor equipment condition, identify issues, and restore basic operational functionality
• Support production operators during operations to ensure the production line runs efficiently and without disruption
• Participate in equipment installation activities, including on‑the‑job training when required
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and tidy working environment around machines and production areas
• Execute all tasks in full compliance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations, actively promoting a strong safety culture within the team
