Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Experience Intern to support day-to-day service operations and help deliver an excellent experience for internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to gain practical experience in service coordination, customer support, reporting, and process improvement within a professional environment.

What you will do

Support daily service operations and administrative activities.
Maintain and update service records, reports, and databases.
Assist in tracking customer requests and service-related activities.
Support preparation of service performance reports and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Organize and maintain service documentation and records.
Identify and report service issues or process gaps to the supervisor.
Contribute to service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

We believe you have

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
Interest in customer service and stakeholder engagement.
