ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead its fast-growing Fintech product area. This role involves defining strategy, driving execution, and overseeing growth for financial products including payments, Tap to Pay, Pay by Bank, and consumer financing, as well as P-out solutions like Payables and Business Cards. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in fintech or payments, deep domain knowledge of the payments ecosystem, and proven partnership negotiation skills. This is a high-ownership role for a product leader who thinks like a business owner, connecting payments infrastructure to P&L outcomes and building cross-functional alignment.

As Senior Director of Product Management, Fintech, you’ll lead strategy, execution, and growth for one of ServiceTitans most critical and fast-growing product areas. This is a high-ownership role for a product leader who thinks like a business owner; someone who connects payments infrastructure to P&L outcomes, structures partnerships with processors and lenders, and builds the cross-functional alignment that makes complex fintech products actually ship.
From day one, you’ll have the autonomy, executive support, and cross-functional partners to make bold, impactful decisions. Your goal: develop and deliver a suite of financial products; including Money-In solutions like payments, Tap to Pay, Pay by Bank, and consumer financing, as well as Money-Out solutions like Payables, Business and Fuel Cards; to empower trade professionals, streamline their operations, and drive revenue growth.

For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $290,800 USD - $436,200 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA Zone 2: $271,800 USD - $407,600 USD Applicable for: All other US locations. International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
