This Business Associate role is an entry-level position within Wellington Management's Solutions Product Management team. Responsibilities include providing analytical support, acting as a point of contact for inquiries about investment teams and products, performing analyses on portfolio positioning and market trends, and assisting with client materials and responses. The role also involves collaboration on client solutions and new investment approaches.

THE ROLE
This Business Associate role is an entry level role within the Solutions Product Management team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide analytical leverage to the team as well as be a point of contact for a variety of internal constituents regarding inquiries about the investment teams and products under coverage
• Perform analyses related to portfolio positioning, attribution/risk, market trends, competitive positioning, & pricing
• Create/maintain marketing & client materials, review RFPs, respond to client questions, and support automation of workflow
• Collaborate on development of client solutions and new investment approaches
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree earned in 2025 or 2026
• Degree focus in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required as all degrees will be considered
• Demonstrated passion for investment management and markets
• Demonstrated accomplishments in academics, community service, and/or extracurricular activities
• Strong grades in courses taken that emphasize analytical skills would be considered a plus
SKILLS
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Creative problem-solving and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Well organized, ability to multi-task and detail-oriented
• Sharp quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize information
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Highly motivated self-starter with high intellectual curiosity
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
