Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a VP, Head of Procurement to design, build, and lead its sourcing and procurement function. This role will establish enterprise-wide source-to-pay strategies, policies, and systems, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include leading strategic supplier partnerships, overseeing negotiations, developing scalable processes, and providing leadership visibility through reporting and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive functional improvement for people with genetically driven neuromuscular diseases by optimizing external spend.
Dyne Therapeutics is focused on delivering functional improvement for people living with genetically driven neuromuscular diseases. We are developing therapeutics that target muscle and the central nervous system (CNS) to address the root cause of disease. The company is advancing clinical programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) as well as a preclinical programs for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) and Pompe disease. Role Summary:
The Vice President, Procurement designs, builds, and leads Dyne’s end-to-end sourcing and procurement function to maximize value from external spend. This role establishes enterprise-wide source-to-pay strategies, policies, and systems, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities. The Vice President drives strategic supplier partnerships, oversees complex negotiations, and develops scalable processes to support Dyne’s growth. Additionally, this role provides leadership visibility through reporting, insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enable informed decision-making and sustained organizational impact.
This role is based in Waltham, MA.
