We are seeking an Electrical/Electronic (E/E) Engineer to join our team in Tianjin. The role focuses on the hardware design of electric vehicle inverters (400V/800V) or power modules. Responsibilities include hardware requirement analysis, schematic design, circuit design and simulation, drive circuit design, and power module testing. You will also perform FMEDA analysis, worst-case calculations, and develop test specifications.
负责电动汽车逆变器（400V/800V)或功率模块产品的硬件设计.
负责硬件的需求分析和设计、原理图设计、硬件电路设计和仿真、驱动电路设计、功率模块双脉冲测试和结温测试。
负责硬件产品的FMEDA分析，最差工况计算（WCA），硬件电路测试执行和测试规范编写。
电力电子相关专业本科及以上学历。
硕士3年或本科5年及以上逆变器或电机控制器或功率模块产品硬件研发经验。
深入了解IGBT和 SiC MOSFET的驱动、保护及结温计算原理。
具备电动汽车驱动器、功率模块产品、变频器设计、风电变流器、储能逆变器、开关电源设计经验者优先。
