Avoca is seeking a Partnerships Manager to scale its highest-revenue-generating growth channel. This role is central to Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, requiring independent ownership of partner programs, campaigns, and engagement. You will manage initiatives from conception to execution and measurement, ensuring partners activate consistently and generate pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this high-autonomy position is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, running programs end-to-end, and driving direct revenue impact.

We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to help scale Avoca’s partnerships channel, currently our highest-revenue-generating growth channel, into a repeatable, measurable growth engine.
This role sits at the center of Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, and is responsible for independently owning partner programs, campaigns, and engagement across a portfolio of partners. You will take initiatives from idea to execution to measurement, ensuring partners are activated consistently and generating real pipeline and revenue.
You will work closely with partnerships leadership on prioritization and strategy, while maintaining full ownership of many partners relationships and initiatives. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who enjoys building structure, running programs end-to-end, and seeing direct revenue impact from their work.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with our CEO, who is personally invested in this channel and will be in the room with you.
