We are seeking a Customer Service & Admin Assistant to manage the entire customer communication lifecycle for remote veterinary and logistics recruiting. This role is crucial for preventing revenue loss from missed calls and CRM disorganization. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, SMS, and chat; managing appointments end-to-end; maintaining CRM data; performing routine administrative tasks; and escalating issues as needed per SOPs. The position requires at least 3 years of customer-facing or admin support experience, with a proven ability to handle over 60 customer interactions daily, and 2+ years using CRM software like Zendesk or Salesforce.
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (PST, CST, EST) |
Compensation: $1,250 USD/month first 90 days, $1,500 USD/month after
