Caris is seeking a Manager, Clinical Care - Remote US to oversee a patient navigation program for their multi-cancer early detection (MCED) test. This role involves managing a team of Clinical Care Counselors (genetic counselors, nurse navigators), providing coaching, operational oversight, and ensuring a high-quality patient experience. The manager will also provide direct patient support as needed, in addition to managing team performance, compliance, and cross-functional partnerships. Requires a clinical background, 5-8+ years of relevant experience, and 2-5 years of leadership experience within the U.S. healthcare system.

Position Summary
The Manager, Clinical Care – Caris Detect oversees the day-to-day operations of a high-touch patient navigation program supporting individuals undergoing the Caris Detect multi-cancer early detection (MCED) test. This role serves as a critical link between frontline clinical staff and executive leadership, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, “white glove” patient experience.
This leader manages a team of Clinical Care Counselors (e.g., genetic counselors, nurse navigators), providing coaching, guidance, and operational oversight while remaining closely connected to patient care workflows. As part of a growing and evolving program, the role also provides direct patient-facing support as needed.

Annual Hiring Range
$145,000 - $165,000
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
