Mark43 is seeking a Junior Support Engineer with a technical background, ideally a recent graduate, to join their UK support team. This role focuses on supporting public safety systems for global clients, including Greater Manchester Police. The engineer will handle customer communication, debug software issues (frontend, API, backend, data), write SQL queries, and collaborate with senior engineers to resolve problems and improve the product. Responsibilities include triaging tickets, investigating technical issues, and participating in incident response.

Unlike traditional support roles, this position is engineering-focused, combining customer communication, technical troubleshooting, and hands-on software investigation. You will work directly with production systems, collaborate with senior engineers, and contribute to real fixes in the product.
