Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking travellers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing enquiries related to bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements.
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and holiday package modifications, cancellations, and rebookings in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding travel policies, visa requirements, baggage allowances, and destination-specific guidelines.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to travel disruptions, delays, or service issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Collaborate closely with travel partners, airlines, and accommodation providers to ensure customer issues are escalated and resolved appropriately.
• Accurately log all customer interactions, case notes, and resolutions within the company's CRM and ticketing systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant travel products and services where appropriate.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the travel industry's evolving landscape, including seasonal trends, travel advisories, and promotions.

• Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
