About the role

We have strong foundations. But to reach more markets, more brands, and more patients, we need a growth platform that gives us capabilities we don't yet have.

This isn't about what to build on the surface. It's about what foundational capabilities unlock the next step change — in conversion, retention, and how fast a new market can go live. Sometimes that's personalisation. Sometimes authentication. Sometimes embedding AI into exactly the right moment in the patient journey. You'll figure that out, own the roadmap, and ship it. The roadmap doesn't exist yet — you'll define it.

You'll work with a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers and:

  • Define and own the growth platform strategy and roadmap — the foundational capabilities that unlock conversion, activation, retention, and market scalability
  • Translate platform investments into business outcomes — every capability has a clear hypothesis for how it moves a growth metric, shipped incrementally and not after a six-month build
  • Embed AI where it genuinely improves outcomes — identifying the moments where an intelligent layer makes the experience materially better
  • Enable dynamic experiences across landing pages, onboarding, and in-product surfaces — the CMS, feature flagging, and content infrastructure that lets teams move without engineering dependency
  • Build a tech stack that launches a new market in weeks, not months

This is a platform role, not an infrastructure role. You care about what the platform enables for patients and growth teams — and you ship incrementally to prove it.

About you

You're a product manager who's comfortable in the space between user experience and engineering infrastructure. You think in systems and capabilities — but you never lose sight of the patient on the other end, or the growth team trying to move a metric.

You don't treat platform work as a reason to slow down. You know how to slice a large capability into meaningful increments that ship value fast, and you hold yourself accountable to growth metrics even when the work lives under the surface.

  • Solid PM experience with meaningful time on platform, growth, data, or infrastructure
  • You hold the technical and commercial view at once — you know what's being built, why it matters to the patient, and how it moves a metric
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you can take "we need to be better at personalisation" and turn it into a sequenced, defensible roadmap without waiting to be told what to build
  • Adaptable — requirements change and you move with them, without losing sight of where you're going
  • Comfortable working with data teams — event tracking, user identity, and data models aren't foreign to you
  • Strong cross-functional instincts — you build alignment across engineering, data, design, and growth without needing authority
  • Genuinely curious about where AI actually belongs in a product experience

Bonus points for healthcare experience, multi-market platform thinking, or building personalisation engines.
