We are looking for a Senior Payments CX Specialist to manage the entire customer payments experience, including payment, billing, and early debt management. This role is part of the Customer Experience (CX) team and acts as the payments subject matter expert, collaborating with CX, Product, and Finance. The specialist will resolve complex payment issues, minimize payment friction, and translate frontline insights into improvements for the payments engine. Responsibilities include defining excellent payment experiences, handling high-complexity escalated payment and billing queries, developing early-stage debt prevention strategies, identifying and resolving systemic friction in payment workflows, acting as a cross-functional payments SME, tracking payment metrics, and setting quality standards for payments support.

We're looking for a Senior Payments CX Specialist to own the end-to-end customer payments experience (payment, billing and early debt layer), ensuring revenue is protected while customer trust increases.
This role sits in the Customer Experience (CX) team and operates as the payments subject matter expert across CX, Product and Finance. You'll resolve complex payment issues, eliminate systemic payment friction, and convert frontline insight into scalable improvements across the payments engine.
