Your Opportunity
Scion is paving the path in student living and is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will drive high-volume, full cycle recruiting across multiple locations within an assigned geographic territory, with a focus on property operation roles. The Recruiter will directly source candidates, build and maintain strong talent pipelines, guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
Our ideal candidate is an articulate professional and excels in a fast-paced, agile, corporate environment. This role demands strong administrative skills, unwavering follow through, excellent critical thinking, and the ability to independently manage a high-volume requisition load across multiple markets. This is an in-office opportunity, based at our Chicago headquarters.

The base salary range for this full-time position is base + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
