PHMG is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the UK and US markets. This role involves researching market trends, collaborating with sales and production teams, and driving new client acquisition to grow the global brand. The position offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission, quarterly pay rises, and monthly bonuses, along with various perks and benefits.

Salary: £30,000 salary & £65,000 predicted first year OTE (Uncapped)

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind PHMG’s growth.
Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and creating new relationships with potential clients across the UK or US markets.
Key Responsibilities:
💰 £30,000 basic salary, rising to £35,000 after 3 months of hitting target.
📈 Quarterly pay rises of £2,000 based on performance.
💸 Uncapped commission – top performers earn £100,000+ annually.
🎯 Monthly team bonuses and daily/weekly cash incentives.
🏆 Profit share pay outs through our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
