As a member of our recruiting team, you'll be charged with finding unique candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of resourcefulness to all that they do. You will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and introducing them to the magic of working at Google. You are driven, eager and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, friendlier and more efficient.

The Cloud Tech recruiting team is looking for a full life cycle recruiter to support the exciting, fast growing Engineering team. As a recruiter in this space, you will have the opportunity to own multiple clients across EMEA, reporting and delivery for multiple Directors, as well as the entire recruiting process from creating a recruiting strategy to generating a pipeline all the way through the offer accept stage. You will be building pipeline strategies, client management, and operating in changing environments.
