Fender EMEA is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in East Grinstead. This role involves supporting the European dealer network via email and the Fender dealer portal, handling returns, and assisting with customer service inquiries. Additionally, you will support the Consumer Relations team by assisting Spanish-speaking consumers via phone, email, and chat. You will collaborate with various internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, possesses strong IT skills, and has proven customer service experience.
Fender EMEA has an exciting opening for a Customer Service Advisor, based in our East Grinstead office. You will join a team of Dealer Support Advisors who collectively provide coverage across all of Europe. In this role, you will support our established dealer network and the Business Development Managers (BDMs) via email and the Fender dealer portal. The role also extends into our Consumer Relations team, where you will assist Spanish-speaking consumers via phone, email and chat.
