Airbus Commercial Aircraft recherche un(e) Spécialiste Outillage (m/f) pour rejoindre son équipe Outillage de l'usine de St Eloi basé à Toulouse, France.
Au sein de l'équipe outillage du site de St Eloi, vous serez amené à travailler sur les outillages nécessaire à la fabrication et à l’assemblage des mâts de réacteurs de tous les programmes Airbus.
Vos interlocuteurs seront principalement les Service préparation, la Qualité Outillages, la Production, les Achats, ainsi que les partenaires fabricants d’outillages.
Vous aurez la responsabilité du bon déroulement de vos projets en respectant le processus FU.IN.03.02 et les impératifs : sécurité, qualité, coût, délai en accord avec les solutions techniques que vous aurez retenues.
Vous interviendrez sur tous types de technologies de fabrication de pièces et sous-ensembles métalliques (chaudronnerie, usinage, assemblage…).
Pour effectuer la validation ou l’installation des outillages vous serez prêt(e) à vous déplacer occasionnellement en France ou à l’étranger.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Tooling Specialist (f/m) to join our Tooling team based in Toulouse, France.
You will join the tooling team at the St-Eloi site, working on the essential tools required for the manufacturing and assembly of engine pylons for all Airbus programs. At the heart of production, you will manage tools for complex metallic sub-assemblies involving sheet metal work, machining, and assembly.

As a central point of contact, you will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling Quality, Production, and Procurement, as well as external tooling partners. You will take responsibility for the success of your projects by following internal processes while meeting safety, quality, cost, and lead-time requirements.
Tasks & Accountabilities
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Required Skills
You have at least 5 years of experience in tooling within the aerospace industry and in project management. You are proficient in CATIA V5, SAP, and MS Office.
Your technical expertise includes functional dimensioning and tolerancing, as well as ergonomics and safety standards. Prior knowledge of the St-Eloi factory is a significant advantage.
You are recognized for your rigor, proactivity, and ability to communicate effectively within a team and with clients. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. An intermediate level of English is required.
