We’re hiring a Head of Inbound Sales & Marketing, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. Your role sits at the intersection of growth marketing and sales execution: owning the full inbound engine from top of funnel lead generation through to bottom of funnel sales conversion. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role leading a team of ~10 with clear opportunity to double our inbound volumes in the next 12 months.

What you'll own

  • Digital performance marketing (paid and organic): strategy, execution, and optimisation
  • CRM and lifecycle marketing: driving conversion and repeat engagement across the customer base
  • Channel development: identifying and building new origination channels: partnerships, agencies, referral networks, events, and anything else that moves the needle
  • Inbound sales: working alongside your team to close deals, not just manage from a distance
  • Specialist sales: selling to our existing customer base as we broaden our portfolio of financial products and services
  • Brand marketing: lighter touch, but you'll have a view on brand positioning and GTM strategies

What success looks like in year one

  • 2x inbound sales volume
  • A diversified, growing channel mix with one or two new origination channels proven
  • A high-performing team that's hitting targets and developing

You've led digital marketing and inbound sales teams, and you know what high-performing growth marketing looks like. You're comfortable managing people and getting into the weeds. You likely have 7+ years’ experience, but we are more interested in your ability and potential than total career experience..

If you have less experience than this but you have demonstrated excellence in your work and you are on a fast upward trajectory we are also interested in hearing from you. 

In terms of skillset, you are:

  • A player-coach: you lead, but you also do
  • Data-driven: you make decisions from numbers, not instinct alone
  • Analytical: you can build a model, make a dashboard, and ideally write queries in SQL
  • A strong problem solver: you take a logical and structured approach to tackling complex and novel situations
  • Highly practical: you get stuff done. You will roll up your sleeves, move fast, and can operate in ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Commercially and strategically sharp: you can assess opportunities across a range of competing factors and work out a path forward that gives us the best shot at success
  • Direct line to senior leadership and genuine strategic influence
