Voici les missions proposées:
- Fabriquer et intégrer des pièces ou sous-ensembles composites pour constituer des éléments composites principaux.
- Utiliser des techniques manuelles ou automatiques et des outils/machines appropriés qui sont essentiels pour la production de pièces, par exemple la découpe de matériaux, l'installation d'inserts, le rivetage, le moulage...
- Piloter un robot de thermoformage et de découpe automatique
- Faire la maintenance de niveau 1 sur ces appareillages
- Remplissage du TRS de la machine
- Effectuer un contrôle de qualité de premier niveau.
- Entrées : Matières premières, outils, pièces et composants standard, documentation (instruction technique, ordre de travail et carte de travail).
- Sorties : Pièces élémentaires composites, prêtes à être assemblées et intégrées.
- S'assurer du respect des normes et des cadences de production
- Respecter les règles de santé et de sécurité en lien avec l'activité de production en matériaux composites
