As an Assembly & Test Operations Excellence Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will support the Operations Excellence team in executing operations excellence initiatives. You will build and apply working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma fundamentals, factory physics concepts, Theory of Constraints, and AI-enabled operational excellence practices to help deliver competitive and quality results across AT network sites. You will leverage data analytics, automation, AI tools, and AI agents to improve productivity, accelerate problem solving, and enhance decision making. You will use analytical skills to collect data, identify improvement opportunities, and help structure practical solutions and business processes, collaborating with various functions (OE/Cost/Cycle Time) to support implementation toward Best-in-Class operations. You will work closely with the Operations Excellence/TPM team to contribute to operations goals in Productivity (labour/machine throughput), Efficiency (Cost/Cycle Time), Digital Transformation, and the sharing of Best Known Methods (BKM).
