About the Role
Lead the development and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives, leveraging research and data analysis to inform key business decisions while ensuring departmental goals align with the company’s overall strategy. With full responsibility for FP&A activities, facilitate the management decision-making and performance management, acting as a strategic finance partner and advisor to senior leadership to drive budgeting, monitoring, and long-term initiatives. Oversee the team management by setting KPIs and guiding performance across project delivery, budgeting accuracy, variance control, and cost optimization, thereby safeguarding AIA’s financial health and supporting the execution of its business strategy.Roles and Responsibilities:
