The role involves planning, organizing, structuring, and evaluating training programs. Responsibilities include designing development plans, defining content and objectives, conducting training sessions, motivating trainees, managing communication, and tracking learning progression. The position requires regular follow-up with Academia Casais and adherence to internal procedures. This is an intermediate-level role requiring 3-5 years of experience and a relevant technical/professional course, as well as a CCP Trainer certification.
Ensure processes related to Human Resources, namely attraction and selection, development and retention of people through integrated and transversal remuneration and benefits policies within the Group, to support the achievement of the objectives and strategy defined for the business, and acting in accordance with the ethics of the Group and values Couples.
1) Plan, organize, structure, streamline and evaluate training/training paths;
2) Design and plan the development of training, defining, in particular, objectives, program contents, activities, duration, methods, evaluation, teaching resources and supporting documentation;
3) Conduct/mediate the training/learning process, developing content, establishing and maintaining communication and motivation of trainees, managing the sessions and the necessary material resources;
4) Effectively apply the methodologies that best motivate trainees’ learning;
5) Manage effective and mobilizing communication in a training environment that accelerates and enhances the best results for trainees;
6) Manage the learning progression of trainees, using means of formative assessment and implementing the necessary adjustments;
7) Communicate and carry out regular follow-up with Academia Casais, complying with internal procedures.
