Technical Director - Construction Phase Services (Renewable Energy)

We are looking for a Technical Director to join our Construction Phase Services Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee construction phase services for renewable energy projects, with a strong focus Renewable project.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients and internal GHD teams, providing technical guidance, showcasing capability, and building confidence in project delivery.
• Support work-winning initiatives by providing technical input, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities for future project engagement.
• Manage contract administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout project execution.
• Conduct thorough design reviews, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a key client-facing representative, building strong relationships and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact renewable energy solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Renewable energy projects.
• Demonstrated project leadership on complex projects, with at least 10 years of relevant senior or leadership experience, including exposure to work winning and client-facing responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of renewable energy systems and construction methodologies.
• Strong background in contract administration and design review.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership in technical roles
