A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic
Responsabilities
Portfolio Strategy & Optimization
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the real estate portfolio, including lease commitments, costs, term structure, and risk exposure.
- Develop portfolio analytics, scenario models, and dashboards to support growth, consolidation, relocation, and exit strategies.
- Evaluate trade-offs and provide risk-adjusted recommendations considering financial, operational, and market factors.
- Identify and mitigate risks including lease concentration, term clustering, and cost escalation.
Lease Transactions & Financial Evaluation
- Lead financial evaluation of lease transactions including renewals, relocations, expansions, and exits.
- Build transaction models (cash flow, NPV, cost comparisons, sensitivity analysis).
- Assess deal economics, lease structures, and incentives.
- Support transaction strategy, negotiations, and lease reviews in partnership with brokers, Legal, and CRE leadership.
Transaction Management & Governance
- Maintain transaction pipeline and track key lease events, timelines, and approvals.
- Coordinate stakeholders (brokers, landlords, Legal, internal teams) to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare financial analysis and materials supporting internal approvals and executive decisions.
Lease Administration & Data Integrity
- Manage lease documentation across the portfolio (agreements, renewals, amendments, notices, estoppels).
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness of lease data and records.
- Track critical dates and monitor lease costs (rent, CAM, recoveries).
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and IFRS 16 / ASC 842 compliance.
Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with brokers to access market intelligence and validate recommendations through analysis.
- Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and incentive structures.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into portfolio strategies and transaction decisions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Law, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of commercial real estate experience across lease administration, transactions, or portfolio strategy.
- Strong understanding of lease structures, transaction economics, and portfolio risk.
- Advanced financial modeling (cash flow, NPV, scenario analysis).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with industrial or logistics portfolios
- Exposure to lease administration or IWMS systems
- Experience working with brokers and landlords
