WellPower is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide professional customer service and comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities include managing schedules, answering phones, producing reports, maintaining records, and assisting staff and management. This role emphasizes creating a positive experience for clients and guests, ensuring the facility is welcoming, and handling administrative tasks efficiently. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This is a full-time, onsite position.

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide courteous and professional customer service to the people we serve, staff, and visitors. Provide front and back office clerical services including but not limited to: maintaining schedules, answer phones, develop flyers/documents, produce reports, track data, room reservations, mail distribution, recordsmaintenance, and general administrative support to teams at a site. Assist staff, managers, and/or other supervisors as assigned.
Compensation
The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
