We’re looking for a Category Manager for Packing Equipment to join the LEGO Group either base in Billund or in Kladno. This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover contract.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Within CAPEX & MRO Procurement, we are globally responsible for sourcing and defining the category direction across key investment and operational areas. We drive this through strong and systematic category management, supply market intelligence, supplier selection, global contracting and supplier relationship management.
In the Packing Equipment team, we support one of the key areas enabling The LEGO Group’s global manufacturing footprint. Packing Equipment plays a critical role in securing capacity, operational stability and the future automation agenda across our factories.
We are now looking for a Category Manager to cover a parental leave in the Packing Equipment team.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a global category with high relevance for factory operations and future growth. You will support sourcing activities, supplier engagement, contract management and category execution across Packing Equipment.
The area is developing rapidly, with increasing demand for scalable supplier platforms, cost transparency, automation capabilities and strong commercial foundations. This means the role is not only about supporting today’s projects, but also about contributing to the supplier ecosystem needed for the future.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D and Procurement, with exposure to senior stakeholders at Senior Director level and below.
