Account Manager responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in Northern China through OEM and distributor channels. This role requires building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and proven sales experience in industries such as construction machinery or hydraulic and pneumatic technology. Strong communication, negotiation, and English skills are essential.
Account Manager will focus on the revenue growth, achieve and exceed the sales targets, through both OEM and distributors; Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts, ensure high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty; Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company's footprint in the target segments; Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product application engineer, product manager, CSR) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery for customers.
