Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of eMotor control products. Responsibilities include managing projects within scope, time, quality, and budget, leading quotation projects, ensuring progress against milestones, and presenting project status. The role also involves engaging with customers to identify business opportunities and gain product insights. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher with a background in high voltage electronics and mechanical engineering, over 5 years of automotive project management experience, and proficient English skills.
1.Lead development project to delivery eMotor control product in scope, time, quality and budget for internal and external customers.
2.Lead quotation project for order intake by driving technical solution, cost and industrialization planning.
3.Ensure project progress and milestones according to internal/external process and derive measures in case of deviations or claims.
4.Project presentation, documentation and reports on different levels.
5.Engage with Customers to dig business opportunities and product insight.
1.Bachelor ’s degree or above with high voltage electronics& mechanical background
2.More than 5 years’ experience in Automotive project management
3.Proactive attitude to drive for targets, remove barriers and lead team to find solutions.
4.Team spirit and good soft skills in communication and indirect reporting management.
5.Proficient in English (both oral and written)
