Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to medical products, healthcare services, prescriptions, and insurance queries, always adhering to strict industry compliance guidelines.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, case notes, and resolutions within the company's CRM and case management systems to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Liaise effectively with internal medical, clinical, and administrative teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely and appropriate resolutions for Dutch-speaking patients and clients.
  • Provide clear and precise information to customers regarding medical procedures, product usage instructions, eligibility criteria, and available support programmes.
  • Uphold and consistently exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators as defined by the Customer Support Services management team.
  • Maintain full compliance with GDPR, patient confidentiality regulations, and all applicable healthcare industry standards at all times.
