Salma Health is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator (Licensed Clinician) to serve as the first clinical point of contact for individuals seeking care. This fully remote role involves crisis assessment, clinical intake, treatment navigation, admissions support, and patient engagement. The coordinator collaborates with internal teams to guide patients from initial outreach through post-treatment follow-up, ensuring access to high-quality brain and mental healthcare. Candidates must be physically located within the United States.
The Clinical Care Coordinator is a licensed behavioral health clinician who serves as the first clinical point of contact for individuals seeking care at Salma Health. This role combines crisis assessment, clinical intake, treatment navigation, admissions support, and ongoing patient engagement to ensure patients receive timely, compassionate, and appropriate care throughout their journey.
Working closely with our Care Navigation, Provider, and Clinical Operations teams, the Clinical Care Coordinator helps guide patients from their initial outreach through admission, treatment initiation, and post-treatment follow-up. This role plays a critical part in expanding access to high-quality brain and mental healthcare while ensuring every patient receives personalized, evidence-based support.
