Your role
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Public Health, Fire fighting & Irrigation BIM models & Drawings based on engineering inputs.
- Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free models.
- Update models to reflect design changes and construction feedback.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Ability to lead Public health & Fire Fighting Project Team

About you
Requirements
- Deliver high-quality Public Health, Fire fighting & Irrigation BIM and CAD models/drawings with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit and BIM tools (e.g., Diroots, Pyrevit).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Understands and applies industry, client, and internal CAD/BIM standards.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specs.
- Able to use engineering calculations to create accurate drawings and 3D models.
- Knowledge of building design in multi-discipline, project-driven environments.
- Actively pursues self-development.
- Capable of checking and validating design work.
- Confident in presenting technical work.
- Familiar with standard codes and EDMS tools.
- Flexible with tasks and work locations.
- Delivers assigned tasks on time and within budget.
Qualification
- Diploma or Engineering degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or a related discipline with minimum 8 - 15 years of experience
- BIM Public Health, Fire fighting & Irrigation with relevant Diploma/Engineering as required.
