We are seeking a Sales Driver for our Sensing Solutions division, focusing on HVAC/R. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the sales pipeline across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe. This role involves building strong partnerships with customers and internal sales teams, acting as a key interface between the Sensing Division and the market. You will be the product and application expert, supporting quotation requests, pricing, and technical activities while identifying new growth opportunities. Regular travel across the region is expected.
As our Sales Driver (m/f/d) for Sensing Solutions in HVAC/R, you will be at the heart of our ambitious growth strategy across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe. This is not a desk job—you will be the vital link between our Sensing Division and the market, building partnerships with customers and our Shared Sales teams to unlock new opportunities and drive revenue in both OEM and Indirect Sales channels. Your work will directly fuel our expansion in one of the most dynamic regions for climate technology.
You'll act as a true business developer, combining deep product knowledge with a passion for sales to identify growth opportunities, expand the pipeline, and deliver solutions that meet real customer needs. Whether you are supporting a critical project, representing Danfoss at a trade show, or building your network across the division, you will be recognized as the product and application expert by customers and colleagues alike.
