ABOUT THE ROLE
As a South American Launch Specialist, you'll be one of the first people on the ground establishing Halter's presence across the region — and you'll own what it means to bring Halter to producers in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil for the first time.
You'll lead the rollout of Halter on new operations end-to-end: training cattle and operators, solving problems in the field, and supporting producers as they get started. You'll work directly with ganaderos and pecuaristas — on the estancia, on the fazenda, in the campo — building the onboarding experience that every future customer in the region will inherit.
This role is partially field-based. Expect roughly a 70/30 split toward time on the ground, with regular travel across Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil. You'll be with customers where they run their cattle, and the quality of what you build depends on you being there and understanding their operations deeply..
It's practical, hands-on, and highly ownership-driven. Every operation is different, and you'll tailor each deployment to help producers build confidence with Halter. Because we're early here, your read on what's working — and what local producers actually need — feeds straight back into how we build. You'll work closely with our Product team to make sure Halter meets the realities of South American ranching, not a playbook borrowed from somewhere else.
WHAT YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE
- Own deployments from sales handoff through a smooth transition to the broader customer team
- Travel to estancias and fazendas across Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil to deploy Halter in person
- Work directly with producers to bring Halter into their operation and support day-to-day use

- Keep deployments on track by managing timelines, aligning resources, and clearing blockers

- Spot patterns in the field and feed them directly to Product to shape how Halter works for the region
- Set customers up with the confidence and foundation needed for long-term success with Halter
- Whatever else it takes: This is an early-stage market entry. You’ll do what needs doing to make Halter succeed in South America.
