We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Store Concept Designer to join our team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
You will design and deliver inspiring retail store concepts and global showrooms that successfully progress from concept to construction while meeting brand standards, quality expectations, and project timelines. Become a trusted design partner by driving cross-functional collaboration, resolving technical challenges, and continuously improving design standards for future store rollouts.
What you’ll be doing
- Design inspiring retail stores and showrooms across global markets, taking concepts from ideation through schematic design and early construction documentation.
- Bring ideas to life by creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials that clearly communicate design intent.
- Produce build-ready documentation, including architectural drawings, construction details, joinery, and material specifications that support successful project delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and local Architects of Record (AOR), to deliver projects from design through construction.
- Provide construction support by conducting site visits, reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and resolving technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure quality and compliance by delivering designs that meet brand standards, local building regulations, accessibility requirements, and customer experience expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing design standards, templates, and scalable workflows that support efficient global retail rollouts.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline, with 4–6 years of experience in an architectural practice, design consultancy, or in-house design team.
- Proven experience delivering projects from concept design through construction administration, ideally within retail, commercial, showroom, or branded environments.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and either Rhino or SketchUp, with working knowledge of Revit/BIM.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray, or Twinmotion.
- Strong design sensibility with a practical understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, and buildability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across project managers, consultants, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and embraces new technologies—including AI tools—to improve design workflows.
